Create a Facebook source
Integrations → Webhooks → Quick add from presets → Facebook Lead Ads. Copy the address and key.

Build the automation
Trigger: Facebook Lead Ads → New lead. Action: Webhooks → POST JSON to the address, with the key in an x-api-key header.

Send a test lead
Use Meta’s Lead Ads Testing Tool, then verify the resulting record and source in Outbound OS. Use a dry-run mapping test before enabling outreach.

Why go through Zapier, Make or n8n?
Meta delivers lead-ad notifications to an app that then fetches each lead with Graph API permissions. An automation tool already holds that connection, so it is the quickest reliable route; n8n can be self-hosted too.
