Privacy
This policy is being drafted. The sections below set out what it will cover. Until it is published in full, send privacy questions to hello@outboundos.space and we will answer them directly and in writing.
What we collect
Two distinct categories, which a reviewer will want separated: account data about the people who use Outbound OS, and lead data about the buyers our customers correspond with. The second is processed on the customer’s behalf.
Where it comes from
Enquiries pulled from connected sources such as IndiaMART, messages exchanged over the WhatsApp Business Cloud API, mail sent and received through the customer’s own mailboxes, webhook events, and records imported by the customer.
How it is used
To operate the service the customer has asked for: ranking leads, drafting replies for a person to approve, sending approved messages, and reporting on what happened.
Who it is shared with
A named list of subprocessors — the WhatsApp business solution provider, the model provider used for drafting, hosting and email infrastructure — with what each one receives.
How long it is kept, and how to delete it
Retention periods per data category, and the route for a customer to export or delete their workspace.
How it is protected
Access control, encryption of stored third-party credentials, and workspace isolation. See Security for what is true today.
Your rights
Access, correction, deletion and objection, and how to exercise them — including for buyers whose details reach us through a customer’s account rather than their own.
