Outbound OS

Roadmap

What runs today. What is being built. What remains a plan.

Outbound OS is expanding from multichannel CRM and outreach into more of the customer lifecycle. This page keeps the direction visible without treating an intention as a shipped module.

No dates are promised here. Scope and order can change as the product is tested with working teams.

Available now

The customer-conversation operating loop.

These capabilities are part of the product described elsewhere on this site.

CRM records, ownership and pipeline

Capture leads, assign responsibility, set working status and keep the conversation attached to the record.

WhatsApp and email conversation handling

Work connected WhatsApp Business and customer-owned email accounts from the dashboard.

Lead intake and data movement

Bring in IndiaMART enquiries, CSV records and supported webhook events, then export structured lead data when needed.

Campaigns and reply-aware follow-up

Prepare and run sequenced outreach through connected accounts, with buyer replies removing leads from the active sequence.

AI-assisted replies and prioritisation

Use conversation-aware reply suggestions and scoring as working aids while a person retains commercial judgement.

Reporting, activity and system notifications

Review pipeline and campaign activity, see product events and inspect connected-system health in the dashboard.

MCP server for AI clients

Connect an authenticated MCP-capable client to leads, messages, campaigns, analytics and system tools.

Richer workflow alerts and notification routing

Work is underway on more useful intervention alerts, clearer routing back to the affected conversation and better visibility when a channel or scheduled action needs attention.

In development

Active work, not yet a completed promise.

These items have implementation work behind them, but the shape can still change and the finished behavior should not be assumed.

Planned

More of the work after a deal moves forward.

These are product directions. They are not available for purchase as current Outbound OS capabilities.

After-sales workflows

Structured hand-offs, delivery follow-up, renewal or repeat-order work and customer actions after the initial sale.

Customer support threads

Dedicated support ownership and status on top of the same multichannel conversation history.

Order management

Order records and operational status connected to the customer and the conversation that created the work.

Quotations and invoicing

Create, revise, approve and track quotations and invoices without moving the commercial record into a separate tool.

How to read this page

Status is a claim with a boundary.

Available now means the product has the capability today, subject to the account and provider setup described on the integrations page.

In development means implementation is active but not yet presented as a finished capability.

Planned means direction only. It should not be used as the basis for a current buying decision.

If a planned module is essential to your decision, raise it directly so the current fit is clear.
