Terms
These terms are being drafted. The sections below set out what they will cover. For a contract review before they are published, write to hello@outboundos.space.
The service
What is provided, how access is granted per user, and what constitutes the customer’s workspace.
Acceptable use
The customer remains the sender of every message that leaves the system. That carries obligations we cannot waive on their behalf: messaging only buyers they have a basis to contact, honouring opt-outs, and complying with Meta’s WhatsApp Business policies and the marketing, privacy and communications law of every market in which they contact customers.
Customer data and ownership
Lead and message data belongs to the customer. What we may do with it, and what happens to it when an account closes.
Third-party services
WhatsApp, email providers and IndiaMART each impose their own terms and can suspend access independently of us. What that means for availability.
Availability and support
What is committed, what is best-effort, and how support is reached.
Fees, term and termination
Billing basis, renewal, notice periods, and what happens to data on exit.
Liability
Limitations, exclusions and the governing law.
