Set up BlueBubbles
Install BlueBubbles Server on an always-on Mac and expose it over a Cloudflare Tunnel.

Add the server
Integrations → iMessage → Add server, with its URL and password.

Secure the webhook
Set IMESSAGE_WEBHOOK_SECRET and point BlueBubbles at https://your-host/webhook/imessage?token=<secret>.
Check the whole connection
Check the relay connection, send to an Apple account you own, and confirm an incoming reply reaches the same lead.

Do I need a Mac?
Yes. iMessage only runs on Apple devices, so a Mac with BlueBubbles Server does the sending.
